An FRIB researcher instructs students in FRIB's Superconducting Radio Frequency (SRF) Highbay. The SRF Highbay is a state-of-the art processing facility, funded by MSU. The 27,000-square-foot facility includes more than 370 square meters of class-100 clean room and chemistry facilities, automated resonator-etch tools, ultrapure water systems, a component inspection area, and a high-temperature vacuum furnace.
